Registration is open for the Programa Jovens Profissionais Vallourec 2022 until January 16. Opportunities are available for students who finished or are finishing an undergraduate course in Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, Sales, and Finances, with the activities expected to begin in March 2022.
The program will have one year and can be extended for 12 months, with a workload of 44 hours per week. The participants will work on specific projects and present them to the management under the supervision of advisors, who will assist the participants in their learning and development. Moreover, they can improve their market skills through a training program. “The Programa Jovens Profissionais intends to find talents and shape them. Requirements
The program is for students who graduated between December/2019 and July/2021 or will graduate until July/2022. The participants must have an advanced English level.
The selection will have a general knowledge and logical reasoning online test, a psychological evaluation, a group dynamics, a panel with the manager, and an English test.
